- We provide you with a named Account Manager who you can telephone or email directly about either your personal or business account. As a result you get a “one-stop” service for all your banking needs.
- Our Account Managers are experienced and knowledgeable and can deal with all enquiries from a request for basic account information to one for an increase in your borrowing facilities. Should you have need of a major increase, then a Business Development Manager will visit you to advise you and discuss the matter in detail
- We offer all the products and services you expect of a leading bank, at a cost you may find surprisingly competitive considering the first class service level.
- We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Manchester Building Society, a mutual organisation.
