  • We provide you with a named Account Manager who you can telephone or email directly about either your personal or business account. As a result you get a “one-stop” service for all your banking needs.
  • Our Account Managers are experienced and knowledgeable and can deal with all enquiries from a request for basic account information to one for an increase in your borrowing facilities. Should you have need of a major increase, then a Business Development Manager will contact you to advise you and discuss the matter in detail
  • We offer all the products and services you expect of a leading bank, at a cost you may find surprisingly competitive considering the first class service level.
  • We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Manchester Building Society, a mutual organisation. As a result, our culture is very different to our privately owned and stock market listed competitors, enabling us to focus on building long term customer relationships rather than thinking solely about short term profit
